"Training should be a way of life. It should not be seen as a chore. While training, live for that moment, nothing else matters. The hard work, the fatigue and the pain of exhaustion never lasts forever, trust me , it will end. But do not focus on the end. Focus on the what you are doing, live that moment, experience it, embellish it, do not escape it. The masses WILL try to escape it - you are not the masses doing whatever the masses are doing, that is why you are here. You want to be different and you will see the difference.
